Please reply to your order confirmation email, or email shop@ynab.com with your order number and inquiry.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Orders are typically fulfilled within 24–48 hours of ordering and are delivered within five to seven days.

You will receive an email with tracking info once your order ships.

Inventory is regularly evaluated and items are restocked (or discontinued) as needed. Your best bet is to check back periodically to see if an item has become available.

All orders are final. Please check all item sizes, colors, and shipping details before placing your order!

Whoops! We’re more than happy to replace any incorrect or damaged items — please reach out to shop@ynab.com with a photo of the product and your order number. We kindly ask any refund or exchange requests for incorrect or damaged items be made within 30 days of your purchase.
